What does the SSC team handle?
Service offerings portfolio queries, pricing, entitlement, offering validation, ThinkPlus and Lenovo Care part numbers, service availability & compatibility, customer specific part numbers enablement, maintenance of supported products list, new offering branding and messaging, customer and sales deliverables, non-standard service solution development, sales support with our Imaging and Asset Recovery Services as well as Lenovo Online Backup Enterprise Edition and more.

What is not covered by the SSC?
Non services related questions (i.e. hardware), registration issues and complaints. Complaints received will be directed to the appropriate complaints desk. Non services sales related questions will be forwarded to the correct person/team for response with the initiator on copy.
